WIS, WWA | I had no plan

The Frugal Girl

Monday I found a package of chicken tenderloins in the freezer, so I thawed them and then seasoned and sauteed half of them. Tuesday I sauteed the rest of the chicken tenderloins and used them in a green salad, with homemade croutons on top. Thursday I rummaged through my freezer and found some chili.

Sunday I went freezer spelunking and found a jar of homemade butter chicken sauce, a bag with two chicken thighs, and a package of marked-down naan. It’s scrambled eggs, cheese, greens, avocado, and whatever sauce I have on hand, all in a whole wheat wrap. So I may go freezer spelunking again.
