Along the way, on one of my garage sale shopping expeditions, I stumbled across a matched pair of wing backs (non-reclining) for $20 each. After poking around on You Tube, looking at how-to videos on re-upholstery, I decided that, hey, I could do this. This 23 part video was especially helpful to me. Use longer staples.

My routine was to exercise Monday through Friday in the morning for a half hour to 45 minutes – using exercise records, videos or DVDs. You will get bored, your body will get too used to it and you won’t be exercising all parts of your body. Use Electronics. VCR/DVD player – again, also used for entertainment.

Ask around, see if someone you know may have an extra of something they’re not using and don’t need so they’d be happy to give it to you.
