We can carpool at least 2-3 times per week to work.

Unless you work from home, and your commute consists of walking downstairs (like mine does), you likely spend between five minutes and an hour or more getting to your workplace. If you drive your own car, you probably have to pay for gas. If you take public transit , you might need to pay for a pass. Valuable Time.

I admit that I’m not the greenest person out there, although I am working to improve, from participating in my utility’s efforts to increase power from renewable resources to looking for local produce and food sources whenever possible. Plus, you are saving money on gas, and aren’t as impacted when they rise.
