If you keep your head and are persistent, you can find many things you want or need, all in near perfect condition, for a fraction of the cost with NO TAXES due. For example, if you want to buy slightly used home furnishings, find an upscale neighborhood where the kids are mostly grown. A can of Rustoleum fixed this up for use.

You will find that things the fire did not burn up are now ruined by smoke and soggy with water used to put out the flames. It was a Thursday night, the 20 th of December 2012.
