Sunday Zoe ate some leftover pizza and I made myself a green salad topped with chicken. Thursday I made a Dinnerly meal, which was sort of a deconstructed stuffed shells dish with spinach. Friday I have two more Dinnerly meal sets of ingredients here so perhaps I will make one of those. Wednesday Leftover broccoli noodle soup.

I have some Dinnerly meals on my menu this week, but they are from the box I got last week. Sunday I made some Dinnerly green enchiladas, which were supposed to be vegetarian. This was a night I was super glad to have a Dinnerly meal option in the fridge when I got home from school! And Zoe was down with a cold.

What We Ate Saturday I had a few Dinnerly meals left from a box last week and this was one: smash burgers with a special sauce, plus oven potato wedges. WIS, WWA | half Hawaii!

For dinner, we visited a food court, where Zoe got Raising Cane’s, and I got a BBQ chicken meal from a local Hawaiian grill spot. They fed me some kind of cold pasta dish with greens on that flight; all things considered, it wasn’t terrible. School starts Monday and I know it will be helpful to have a plan going into that.

WIS, WWA | Last one before school

And for myself, I did a very random skillet meal. I had a tiny packet of pearl couscous left from a Dinnerly meal that I never made, so I boiled that. In a separate pan, sauteed a sliced green pepper, added some chopped kale, and threw in the last half of a tomato I had (chopped first). Let’s see. for me this week.
