Tuesday: My kids participated in our community’s Halloween parade and they both had homework. Wednesday: I used the Instant Pot to make meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Thursday: We had leftover mashed potatoes (the meatloaf was gobbled up), so I used the Instant Pot again to make shredded chicken with gravy.

Friday: We’re going to a Spaghetti dinner fundraiser to benefit the Jr ROTC at the high school and then going to the football game. Lunches and Snacks included leftover pasta, leftover meatballs, soup, apples & peanut butter, oranges, peach cups, bananas, pretzels, yogurt sticks, cheese sticks, and Halloween candy.
