We used the ham to make sandwiches a few days this week and I chopped up enough for two more dinners, along with Sunday’s nights soup. Sunday : I took the ham bone from Saturday and some of the leftover ham and made a big batch o ham & bean soup. I stuck the leftover soup in the freezer. I let it simmer all afternoon.
