It's been forever since I've posted a menu plan. Thus, the weekly menu has not been what it ought to be. I notice I tend to desire to eat out more when the menu isn't planned, which in turn causes a higher cost in our food budget. That needs to get nipped in the bud! That needs to get nipped in the bud!

Of course, my favorite recipe is only 4 ingredients. 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup honey, 4 cups rolled oats, unsweetened coconut - add nuts, raisins, craisins, etc.

Example of things I recently bought : Turkey meat, publix cheese, potatoes, strawberries, 2 BOGO breads, bananas and ranch seasoning. They were the leftovers.
