It usually runs about $10 a pound, but one pound will feed both me and my husband. (My My kids will be okay with chicken.).

Tuesday I made a Dinnerly meal, which was Mediterranean beef pita pizzas: Zoe and I both liked these (sorta like an easy gyro), so I’ll probably put this meal idea into our rotation even if I don’t get it straight from Dinnerly. Monday More rotisserie chicken-using: this time I made some chicken quesadillas, with pico de gallo.

Thursday I made baked potatoes topped with buffalo chicken; it’s an idea I initially got from a Dinnerly meal earlier this year. *It was an evening full of eye-balling.
