Eleven pounds of ham made a delicious Easter dinner with plenty of leftovers for another dinner, a breakfast casserole, and lots of ham sandwiches. I cleaned and chopped up the parsley to store in the freezer for soups and casseroles. Not hard to do for my family, so I scored 11 pound spiral ham for FREE!
