I mean, I was young, life was good, things were happening; what did I need all that finance stuff for? Better late than never’ is a good approach to personal finance for the over 40s. Another tip I learnt – you may be losing money in fees and charges if you have multiple accounts. This was me, that’s for sure. I was doing OK!
