At the time we were renting an office space in a strip mall, but when we discovered a foreclosure in our town that seemed like a great idea on paper, we jumped at the chance. The student loan should be paid off by the end of 2018. Projected pay off date December 2018. So what does this mean? We bought our home in 2001.

2018 Update. We never stopped taking vacations, but our trips were mostly camping in our pop-up or renting a beach house with other families. We want to put the minimum payment of our last non-mortgage loan towards our mortgage and will hopefully have our mortgage paid off by the time our oldest graduates from high school in 2024.
