I decided to use Dave Ramsey’s 7 Baby Steps as a guide and I wrote our first Debt Freedom Plan. As self-employed small business owners, we felt we needed to adapt Dave’s strict 7 baby steps to our lifestyle so we included our business and added many more steps. Boy am I glad we don’t have that loan right now!

If nothing changes, this loan will be paid off by end of 2019, but I’d love to move that up and say adios to this loan! If not, we’ll start saving in 2019. While I love thrift stores, I can be easily swayed to run into Target, TJ Maxx, and/or Kohl’s when I feel like I need something. Save for a camper upgrade.
