In 2018, we decided to focus on just 2 main financial goals and before I share my 2019 goals I thought I would give you a recap on 2018. This should have been done as soon as we became parents back in 2005, but we kept putting it off. We use Medi-Share for our healthcare and our Annual Household Portion is $10k.

Last year, to make a little extra cash, I started boarding dogs through Rover, and I am about to start a very very part time job using my RN license for a home care company. I think I started reading FG regularly in 2018 or 2019. I grew up with frugal parents so it was ingrained in me from an early age. homemade bagels!

My husband paid his entire way through undergrad and my parents covered a significant portion, so we come from both angles and our strategy is a compromise.
