As of March 2020, prices range from $115 to $205 per week, which includes utilities such as electric, water, cable, and garbage pickup, and local phone service. Your rent comes directly out of your paycheck. You can opt-out and find your own housing, but I wouldn’t advise that. My daughter lived at Chatham Square!
