Monday: Chicken & black bean enchiladas and homemade sugar-free applesauce. roasted asparagus, homemade applesauce. Friday: Chicken Burrito Bowls – with a rotisserie chicken from Costco. We had a tasty week!

This Week’s Dinners: Saturday: Cheese burgers, fries, steamed broccoli, and homemade applesauce. I browned meat, using my homemade taco seasoning and layered chips, meat, cheese, chopped onions, and tomatoes on a large rimmed baking sheet. Monday: Homemade Turkey Noodle soup and garden salad. My most favorite dinner!
