This week, I am thankful: for kind people who let us borrow space heaters I already had one from my Buy Nothing group, but I also got to borrow one from my landlord and two from neighbors. that I am not responsible for home repair bills While I was in Hawaii a branch fell onto my roof and poked a hole.

Since water and snow falls from the sky for free, my landlord made it so that after it lands on the roof it then runs down some pipes into the ground, providing more than enough to water the trees and plants without using any municipal water. My water bill was pretty much nada. Why should we pay for what comes down to earth for free?

Not everyone is cut out to be a landlord or landlady. Closing costs : Per Realtor.com these are typically paid by the buyer, these costs can add between 2 – 7% of the purchase price to the buyers bill – but a motivated seller might grant some $$$ towards them. It is something that may folks forget to add to their basis.
