Sunday I remember that Zoe ate a frozen French bread pizza. So that’s when I switched to the French bread pizza for Zoe. Then I stirred in the cooked couscous along with some red pesto from Aldi, and topped it with the last of a bag of mozzarella from the freezer. But I cannot for the life of me remember what I ate.

My main goal is to mostly cook at home, and other than that, I’m not stressing for now. Next time I’d cook the chicken, put it to the side, and add it at the very last minute, once the sauce was cooked. Which is a little high, but I don’t care. I think Sonia and I got it all figured out, though.
