Chicken Stir Fry over Brown Rice w/Mango on the side BLT on Whole Wheat Bread (Optional: Add Avocado) - I'm not sure what I'll pair up with this yet.

Sunday I made some panko-breaded fried chicken strips, which we ate with some fruit. pre-frying, obviously I purposely didn’t fry all of the chicken, with the plan to save some for frying the next night. Monday I fried up the rest of the breaded chicken and we ate that on top of a salad. And also watermelon.

Sunday I remember that Zoe ate a frozen French bread pizza. So that’s when I switched to the French bread pizza for Zoe. Wednesday I had a nursing orientation event that went into the evening, so I didn’t cook dinner. Friday We have some leftover chicken, so maybe I’ll do something with that for dinner.
