I am also extremely budget challenged right now, so I had to scope out a really good deal. And I got it at Target. That big, dramatic necklace is actually a chain I got at a thrift store for about 50 cents and a focal piece for Michael’s craft store. For $24.99. That’s right, $24.99. Unbelievable.
