Wednesday Zoe was at work, and I made myself an egg burrito (with cilantro, avocado, and queso fresco) I scrambled the eggs in a little bit of the fat I’d saved from cooking the chorizo, and that was super tasty. Friday We have leftover pizza so that will be the easy button for tonight.

The oven fries were very good, but the burger patty was made with Italian sausage and while I like sausage, a whole burger of it is a little much.
