Sunday This was the day I had the squash soup/homemade crouton combo, in an effort to clean out my freezer. I got a bowl of ramen (with an extra soy-marinated egg, thank you very much) and Zoe got a sushi burrito. She IS allergic to shellfish, but happily, the sushi burrito has only fish products in it, not shell fish.

Sunday: Chicken Burrito Bowls with leftover Costco rotisserie chicken. Monday: Cajun Red Beans & Rice , garden salad, homemade sugar-free applesauce. We ate it twice and we still have leftovers, so I’m going to put that in the freezer. Thursday: leftovers from Monday and Wednesday nights.

This Week’s Dinners: Saturday: Cheese burgers, fries, steamed broccoli, and homemade applesauce. I browned meat, using my homemade taco seasoning and layered chips, meat, cheese, chopped onions, and tomatoes on a large rimmed baking sheet. Monday: Homemade Turkey Noodle soup and garden salad. My most favorite dinner!
