Buying used clothes can be a great way to save money, especially if you have rapidly growing children. It can get very expensive if you have to buy new clothes every six months for a child who is growing rapidly. You can defray some of your clothing costs by shopping for deals at used clothing stores or thrift stores.

Donate Plasma. In early 2021, a friend posted on Facebook about how she was making extra money by donating plasma. I started donating plasma in January of 2021 and earned over $1000 in the first 3 months of the year. You earn money after each donation. Whether you are asked to donate to charity , or whether your cousin needs a little help with his finances, we often get hung up on whether or not we have enough cash to help out. Donate items : Since my son is an only child, his clothing doesn’t get a lot of heavy use. Don’t limit yourself to the thrift stores, either.

Home decor, costumes for the kiddies (and adults!), Once the kids left home, we ended up with zero trick or treaters at our house on a state highway. We do put up decorations (ones I buy at garage sales or thrift stores and reuse each year). Buy one then sell, donate or exchange it.
