I like to bake cookies, and I like to budget. I’m ashamed to say it, but there was a period in my life where I stopped baking cookies. This most certainly also comes from the fact that I have no self control but an excess of eggnog, mashed potatoes , turkey, cheese, stuffing, gravy, cookies, chocolates, and candies. I wouldn’t be lying if I told you that I ate the equivalent of an entire cheesecake over the period of a week, just in cheesecake squares.
