This week at the grocery store, I found a whole chicken marked down to a nice price. I cooked it in my Instant Pot (look for the directions on Monday 10/23/17), and used the meat for Tuesday night’s dinner. My husband and I had leftovers, one daughter had breakfast-for-dinner, and the other daughter had a can of soup.

The value of the meal is $18, but the cash value of the 350 gas points for my vehicle is about $5.95–a great price for a dinner that I don’t have to cook! I have been doing my grocery shopping at a different GIANT store and I’m finding that they always have a lot of marked-down meat. Marked down meat!
