The first time I made these potatoes for my sister she was amazed, and her family gobbled up a huge pan of them. You can find the mini potatoes at most grocery stores, but we like the Potato Medley at Trader Joe’s. I do this right on the baking sheet I’m going to cook them on. Oven Roasted Potatoes.
