One of Melissa’s daughters had a life-threatening medical emergency that required a long hospitalization and persistent follow-up. She has a full time job and there was a lot of time and heartache involved in supporting her daughter through her illness. She had to think about the other girls and women this book might inspire.

My son had many health concerns when he was younger and we realized that he needed speech therapy. For those of you that have walked the path of different therapies, you know how demanding a schedule that can be. We were also blessed with our daughter and had fun celebrating with all of you in the baby shower bash.

We don’t know what the future will be with her needs and I am so relieved to be able to afford her physical therapy and other medical expenses that have helped her so much! It has been amazing for our finances and my mental health. I love the picture of you and your daughter under the umbrella; so cute! They were a great price!
