We also had some building repairs that we needed to cash flow. Pay off all Non-Mortgage Debt. Our non-mortgage debt was in the six figures and included a student loan and business loans. We used Dave Ramsey’s debt snowball method. | Paying off debt is not fun. Prioritize.
