Our current monthly budget for my family of 4 is $500. We ate leftover ham & bean soup, kielbasa, and whatever we felt like eating. Tuesday: I made Burrito Bowls using leftovers from Monday night. Wednesday: This was by far my favorite meal of the week: Roasted Pork Tenderloin , brussel sprouts, and homemade applesauce.
