We do put up decorations (ones I buy at garage sales or thrift stores and reuse each year). Tip # 2 Recycle/reuse costumes. Dad’s old cowboy hat and a rope from the garage can be the start of a cowboy get up. What do you do to recycle/reuse on Halloween? No kids = no parties or haunted houses = money saved.
