Our two goats I’m planning to milk next year We also have a big garden, fruit trees, a medicinal herb garden and grow some cut flowers. We spend most of our time seeing friends and family, participating in our church activities or working on our property. We also have three cats!

Go hiking and camping and show them the beauty of the outdoors (and teach them to leave trails and campsites better than when you arrived) Plant a garden with your children to give them a tangible example of how much fun growing your own food and eating healthy can be! And vice versa!)

We also grow a large garden & lots of flowers, fruit trees & a 100-year-old grapevine. I seriously overextended on planting and underestimated how much work my dad used to do so hopefully I’ve learned from my mistakes & will not kill myself in the garden this year! This means funds are tight.

I’ve been teaching part time for over 25 years. I like to bake and read, and I spend time chauffeuring kids to activities and games. I volunteer at my kids’ school at lunch time and other events. We’re not good gardeners but we planted a lot of trees for the shade and beauty. Here’s MB: 1.
