The Christmas Tree – Artificial or Real?

On the down side, tree farms are not usually pesticide free – normally doing repeated applications over the 7 – 10 years it takes to grow a sale sized tree. Someday soon, some smart person will figure out how to make a bio-degradable artificial tree that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg and then this debate might be put to rest.
