I used leftover rice to make some burrito bowls A friend kindly dropped off enchiladas and some rice and beans a few days ago.

Sunday Another all-day clinical, plus we gave our presentations. Monday We had burrito bowls with leftover meat from the one friend, and leftover beans and rice from the enchilada meal from another friend. ? The applesauce and chips are separate, please know. Tuesday It was the last day of our semester!
