So, here's my menu plan for this week. I'm going back to some of our family's favorites and adding a few new recipes as well. In case you were wondering, the quinoa recipe from last week was delish! BREAKFAST: (Any other days will probably be cereal or oatmeal.) Kids get something simple for dinner & go to bed early!

Cook A Restaurant Quality Meal at Home. It usually runs about $10 a pound, but one pound will feed both me and my husband. (My My kids will be okay with chicken.). What We Ate Saturday After leaving the beach, we went to a place called Stix Asian, which is sorta like a food court made up entirely of various Asian restaurants. I will be frugal on food when we get home, but notttttt this week. ? I got loco moco, and this version was chunks of meat in teriyaki sauce on top of rice, with an egg.

Mia insisted on taking me out for dinner that night, so we got a little dressed up and went to a waterfront restaurant. You know, so she can enjoy the water. and also live close to me. flourless chocolate cake, which is perfect because Mia can’t eat gluten!

There are some restaurant options and quite a few retailers, including Apple. For example, you can buy a $50 Bath and Body Works gift card for $40. She was feeling kinda sad and isolated since she can’t drive; I took her out to a little Mexican restaurant near where she lives, and then she treated us both to a massage, since she had a gift card. What We Ate Saturday Zoe was at work, and I went up to visit my friend with the broken foot.
