Not only do they eat copious amounts of it, they also use it as a moisturizer. I use the salt I cook with which is Mediterranean Sea Salt that I buy at Kroger. Rub the soap/salt mixture all over your face using gentle, circular motions. When the mask is dry, rinse it off using a washcloth. Preferably something gentle.
