I’ve been playing around with the idea of cooking up some freezer meals and doing a meal swap with my friends! It went really well and I’m loving the results! For the freezer cooking, I just doubled the recipe for some of the dinners I was already making. For my efforts I now have 30 meals in the freezer !

Noone ate the leftover corn, so I cut it off the cob and put it in the freezer to add to our favorite, Chicken, Black Bean & Corn Tacos | Slow Cooker Recipe. 1 loaf of bread (We like to use Texas Toast, it holds up well). Whisk milk, vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon, in eggs until well combined. Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet covered in wax paper and place in freezer. When bites are solid remove from freezer and place single serving amounts in individual freezer bags.
