I pick up a lot of them at garage sales for 25 cents to a $1. Net current asset value is calculated by subtracting total liabilities from total current assets and then subtracting the value of preferred shares outstanding from that. Instead, they had to be sold within the 401K and the proceeds reinvested in the IRA.
