I pick up a lot of them at garage sales for 25 cents to a $1. The net net stocks are those that have a low price relative to the net current asset value. When I retired, I used this method to re-invest the proceeds from my company 401K (that I had rolled into an IRA). My copy has a copyright date of 2008.
