Soo, I logged onto Lands’ End to take advantage of a sale, and I found several marked-down tees that would fit the bill. We ate it for dinner last night with sweet potato fries, and tonight I will make a small batch of chicken and biscuits with the leftover meat. Unfortunately, I only own one white tee.

At the very least, and most of what we do, is to bring back leftovers and eat those instead of going out for another meal. Many of them don't make a living wage and depend on tips to pay their bills. This can save a lot of money over the course of your trip and it's easy to Google places at your destination where it is offered.

In the winter months, you can offer to weatherproof windows, which also saves them money on their electricity bill. Pack your lunch, and focus on inexpensive meals like sandwiches and leftovers. Everyone in my family loves leftovers, so this one is easy for us! Most leftovers can easily be turned into an egg bake.

I love to watch my girls swim and push themselves physically, but since they are in two different age groups, they swim have different practice times… of course! Dinner #1 (as they call it) is usually a sandwich or leftovers previous nights. Friday: leftover sloppy joes, french fries, steamed vegetables.

Tuesday: We had a lot of pesto ranch chicken leftover from last week , so I cooked some bacon in the oven and made chicken & bacon quesadillas. They were yummy and a great way to use up leftover chicken. It will be casual and I think I’m going to make my easy lasagna , salad, steamed vegetables, and of course, birthday cake.
