Our two favorite resorts are Port Orleans Riverside and Pop Century, and this is largely because we love the food courts. During our last stay at Pop, we walked over to Art of Animation to check out the food court there. The food court at Art of Animation was impressive! The food choices are endless. My daughter completed the college program , a professional internship, and then went on to work on the conservation team at Animal Kingdom. You can read all about her experiences over at her blog Britty Loves Disney. Depending on traffic, it took my daughter 15 – 25 minutes to get to work. She had her own car.
