From the subject line I knew exactly what it was, but I wanted no part of it because I knew the effect it would have on my family’s budget. My wife and I were going to have to discuss a change to our monthly budget. Gasoline : We currently budget $75 a week for gasoline which translates to a tank of gas for our van.

Trying to Travel on a Budget these day, is almost impossible. With gas prices nearing $4, who has the money for that family vacation this year. The consumers have spoken and gas seems to be gradually dropping but not fast enough. If the budget is tight, you can plan your vacation around the cheapest destinations.

I am very familiar with the store, its pricing strategy, its setup, and how to save and stretch my grocery budget dollars. I find gas prices to be higher side at GIANT compared to the member price at BJ’s.
