Much of the time, baby clothes aren’t used harshly — especially newborn and early infant clothing. We bought a lot of our son’s onesies and other items (including a crib) at a consignment shop. When we bought our last car, we did end up buying new. Baby Items. What do you think? What do you buy new?

Wash clothes in cold water. Meat, veggies, clothes, ect. Check out consignment mommies for seasonal consignment sales near you. If you''ve got the time and money: ~Buy a fuel efficient car. Take public transportation or car pool. Clothes can be organic too! Drive the speed limit. Buy second hand.

Did you know that Americans dispose more than 700 billion pounds of paper, plastic, glass, wood, food, metal, clothing, electronics, etc. Keep a supply of bags on hand in your car so that no matter when you stop at the store, you are prepared. In our house, we use rags for cleaning, cloth napkins, and washable dish cloths.
