I have a Gallon Size Freezer Bag I use for my bread bag and it is where I store my miscellaneous bread items for my crumbs, until I am ready to process them. Do you have some crackers or croutons that are going stale? The trick is to keep a bread bag in your freezer. What is your bread bag? Cut off Crusts. Toss them in!

Snacky Lunch” – Yogurt, nuts, cheese, fruit, crackers, etc. I will be planning to eat one or two per week and will be continuing to swap one meal per week with friends. Lunches: Leftovers.

What I like about this new (to me) recipe is that it takes the hardest part of the process (filling the eggs – and making them look nice) out of the equation. It’s basically all the same ingredients, they are just all chopped up and smooshed together to eat on a cracker. Sounds like my kind of recipe!
