Did you make 2023 financial goals ? We decided on one big audacious financial goal for the year, and it’s a doozy! The last time we wrote numbers-driven financial goals was 2019. I cried for days and we celebrated the occasion with a family cruise a few months later. Get out the shovel!

We celebrated both occasions with a family cruise that we paid for with cash. We originally (and naively) estimated that we would be done by end of 2016, however, 2016 was not been kind to us, and we moved this goal into 2017. Once the time came, as a family, we decided on a cruise over Thanksgiving instead of Disney.
