I cried for days and we celebrated the occasion with a family cruise a few months later. The rest of the snowball went towards other things, such as a new-to-us vehicle, medical expenses, retirement contributions, and home repairs. Hopefully, it will help us not lose sight of our goal and stay motivated.

We celebrated both occasions with a family cruise that we paid for with cash. . | Once the time came, as a family, we decided on a cruise over Thanksgiving instead of Disney.
