I’m always looking for ways to save my family money to help us get through current higher food and gas prices and achieve our big financial goals. There’s a better chance the healthy food will get eaten if it’s prepped, and it saves time on weekday mornings. The black container is from Thai takeout food.

Buy one then sell, donate or exchange it. If your child (or you) just has to have that store bought costume with all the non-biodegradable materials (you know, that one that costs you at least $20), then after its typical one time use, just donate to your local charity or sell it at your next garage sale or online.

That’s because you can’t remember the last time you saw it free of small toys, tossed around clothes, books, food wrappers, and dirty socks. Ziploc bags or sizable plastic food containers for the smaller items that need to be sorted and organized. It should be noted that the trash and donate option is a moving target.

And then it is decided that a friend of my daughter is coming to stay with us for a while. Which feels weird, but ultimately has a positive effect on both me and my daughter. It takes hold a little more strongly on me than my daughter (after all she has 2 little kids to deal with). Favorite Foods.

It was awesome and we plan to take our kids this summer now that our youngest daughter is riding a bike. Look for local fairs and festivals for low cost games, food and activities. My daughters have a lemonade stand every summer during our neighborhood’s yard sale. Visit a State Park. Local fairs and festivals.
