There’s a lot of anxiety around money- not having enough, worrying it will run out, keeping it safe, etc. When I worked as a singer on a cruise ship, I made more money than I ever had before. As an actress, I often face periods of unwanted unemployment. In my opinion, that’s just the money anxiety talking.

I did not go into debt for this vehicle. Quite frankly, I considered borrowing part of the money because of the almost non-existent interest rate, but it gave me such anxiety that I just couldn't bring myself to do it. This all goes back to having an emergency fund and paying yourself first. I paid cash.
