It’s a tight budget and I failed miserably over the summer, but we have lots of financial goals, so I need to get it back in line. My husband is not a big fan, so I plan this easy dinner at least once a week or every other week. Lunches included sandwiches, pasta, chicken nuggets, soups, apples, pretzels, and yogurt sticks.
