Although my primary concern these days to get out of debt, I have been thinking a lot about what “GREEN” really means and how that impacts my everyday lifestyle. That’s good for the Earth and for personal finances. My husband takes public transportation to work every day. Go Frugal Go Green' So often, being environmentally friendly and saving money go hand in hand. Conserve gas. We are a one car family. I have the car, but I try to drive only a few times a week. times a month.

This takes some advance planning because you do not want to get stuck without transportation. If you have access to public transportation, are you using it?
