I also made a large garden salad to serve for 3 dinners this week. I batch cooked 4 bone-in chicken breasts in the slow cooker and used some of the chicken and the stock that the chicken made during the cooking. Smashed Skillet Potatoes – my favorite way to cook potatoes and it uses my cast iron skillet ! summer corn.
